Patch welcomes your thoughts, opinions and contributions. Each missive must include the writer's name, address and daytime phone number, not for publication, but to confirm you're the author of the submission. Send your letters to sheila.

the Museums of Los Gatos is offering itself as a new, alternate venue for the locks.

We invite community members to join us for a first annual Valentine's Day Locks of Love event to honor these gestures of love that inspire our community members, young and old alike.

For any locks that Caltrans removes from the Main Street bridge, the Museums of Los Gatos will place duplicate locks at the new venue.

We applaud the community members responsible for starting this tradition and we intend to continue it for many years to come.

New locks will also be made available at venue locations so everyone can partake in spreading the love.

Artistic public expression enriches our experience of the town and draws attention to our unique cultural landmarks.

Please join us in celebrating our culturally rich community and this international symbol of love! Stay tuned for more information.
