Summer is Here? Uh-Oh!

Well, summer is right around the corner! What are you going to do with the kids?

We can all expect to tell them to wake up and get out of  bed and be reminded to pick up their rooms, right? The usual, "clean your room and take out the garbage" instructions that I give before leaving for work don't make for a very fun summer, I know.

If I took a few extra minutes before summer and made some plans, I bet those ordinary mornings would be more fun. I know if I don't make the appropriate plans, the minute I leave for work, the TV or the computer will go on and become the only entertainment the kids will get otherwise. So ...

I would suggest getting the kids out of the house and away from the TV and computer as much as you can.
