The truth be known, I'm an old fashion kind of guy. I like black-and-white movies,
vintage cars and traditions.
You gotta admit it, traditions are cool. They are what makes a town special.
Here in Los Gatos we've have , the Dammit Run, The Lobster Feed and the lack of parking.
But I digress. Bottom line, we are desperately in need of a new tradition in this town.
What better way to celebrate The Solstice than with free ice cream?
Why, it makes the arrival of summer all the more magical.
Therefore, in the interest of the community, the season and in a larger sense, freedom itself, is pleased to give the first 1,000 people that come into the restaurant today, Thursday, June 21, a free scoop of ice cream.
Nothing to cut out, nothing to bring in. Just show up and enjoy.
