The Union Pacific Railroad bridge along Winchester Boulevard, before one gets to Knowles Drive, right next to the location at 100 Winchester Circle, is graffitied.

LOCATION: Winchester Boulevard and Knowles Drive.

PROBLEM: Graffiti has been spray-painted on the inside of the bridge.
