Pumpkin Decorating Event This Week Benefits Los Gatos Schools

'Magnolia Garden' returns to back of Little Black Dress, The Maids' Quarters in downtown shopping district; proceeds support LG education foundations.

Los Gatos Patch contributor and blogger Jennifer Croll, owner of Little Black Dress in downtown Los Gatos, is hosting her second annual Magnolia Garden pumpkin carving and decorating fundraising event this week through Oct. 28.

Croll has set up the stage for the event on the back of her store, 34 No. Santa Cruz Ave., so anyone in the community can decorate the pumpkins for $25.

The pumpkins are donated by Bunches Flowers and all proceeds benefit the New Millennium and the Los Gatos Education foundations, which help Los Gatos High School and the Los Gatos Union School District schools, respectively.

Reservations are required by calling 408-843-6133. Event hours are 3-5 p.m. Oct. 22-25 and Oct. 28 and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 26-27.
