My 11-week old daughter had a 9 am physical therapy appt., and no one showed up! I complained to the head PT, and he left two voice messages, neither of which included an apology! When I finally was able to call him back, he was unprofessional and smug. The physical therapy dept. is completely disorganized and unprofessional. Your best bet is to go elsewhere.
