The Black Infant Health (BIH) Program with Santa Clara County’s Public Health Department is kicking-off Black History Month with a special Open House on February 28, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in San Jose. Come connect with families and friends and learn about BIH-sponsored services. You’ll have an opportunity to meet with staff for any questions, comments, or concerns.
