4th Annual Swing into Action Golf Tournament

The 4th Annual Swing into Action Golf Tournament takes place Thursday, June 2, 2011, at the Blackberry Farms Executive Golf Course in Cupertino. Proceeds from the event will benefit hunger and homeless services provided by West Valley Community Services. The event kicks off with a shotgun start at 6:00 PM and will be followed by an awards ceremony.

"We are grateful for the support of our sponsors, volunteers and spectators who help to make this tournament a success," says Naomi Nakano-Matsumoto, Executive Director of West Valley Community Services. "Proceeds from events such as this provide important funding for critical lifeline services provided to those in need in the west valley region of Santa Clara County."

West Valley Community Services is a non-profit, community-based agency that has been providing direct assistance and referral services to the West Valley for over 37 years. WVCS serves over 4,000 individuals and families annually in the West Valley communities of Cupertino, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, West San Jose and the surrounding mountain regions.
