The Art of Healing

Through the practice of self-inquiry, renewal, and healing we touch upon the deeper aspect of the self, which is connected, centered, and whole.

Please join Joanne and Kendra for a powerful, yet gentle workshop focusing on the integration of mind-body-spirit.  We will begin the workshop with a Gentle/TRE asana practice, which will allow tension to be discharged from the body in a very safe and natural way through neurogenic tremoring.  TRE is a gentle technique that promotes neurogenic tremors in the body by using simple exercises to release stress or tension that accumulate from every day experiences of life, difficult situations, immediate or prolonged stressful situations, or traumatic life experiences.  Moving into the subtle body, we will guide you through a meditation bringing your focus and attention into the chakra centers promoting chakra healing, chakra cleansing, and chakra balancing. You will then be invited to explore the healing elements of creative expression, where we will work with colors and embodied practices, taking the meditation into a deeper level of inquiry and understanding. To complete the workshop, we will come together for one final circle to close the afternoon.
