Come together with community to venture and rock climb in Castle Rock State Park located in the Los Gatos mountains, enjoy delicious and nutritious catered lunch prepared by Talya's Kitchen and return to Breathe for a cooling restorative yoga class with Talya. Yoga and climbing share balance, mindfulness, self exploration and movement. This day of adventures will inspire individuals to build community, learn new skills, explore the breath, feel empowered, and relaxed.
