Olympic Lifting Class
This a once a week class that meets Sundays at 11am and runs til about 12:30pm. It focuses on the snatch, clean and jerk, and squat (back/front/OH).
The programming will consist of movement variations and complex's to help develop ones technique.
This Class is not meant for total beginner lifters. You must have some exposure and experience with the Olympic Lifts to attend. If you are not a member of the gym the class is 20$ to drop in, 10$ if you are a member of the gym.
If you are a Crossfitter looking to take the next step in developing your Olympic lifting or if Olympic Lifting is your sport and your looking for a little extra help this is a great class for you. Hope to meet some new people! See you there!
