South Bay Teen Idol is a three-part amateur vocal competition awarding a $2,500 prize to the best teen vocalist in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties. The public is invited to watch the semi-finals at the APJCC Auditorium in Los Gatos, featuring individual and group performances by the top 20 contestants. From the top 20, 10 finalists will be selected to go on to the finals in April.

Ticket prices are $10 adult, $5 student/child if you bring a can of food for Second Harvest Food Bank. Without cans of food, prices are $20/adult, $10 student/child.
