Of course you want to feel more relaxed, respected, and in control with your kids. It certainly helps to feel united with your partner. Your kids will get along better with others, improve their grades, and become more responsible. Sound impossible? It's not!
Stepping Stones Family Counseling has been teaching parenting classes for over 10 years. We will help you develop a concrete, solid plan for your home. We don't just talk about the problem, we actually practice new skills and strategies to help family members handle any situation that comes their way. Common battles for control can include anything from getting out of the house on time, completing chores or homework, fighting in the car, arguing about money, or getting temper tantrums at the store. If you and your family are experiencing even deeper life issues or trauma, like divorce, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, chronic illness, death of loved ones, or other significant life transitions, we will help you heal and move into a more balanced place in you and in your family. You will enjoy greater comfort and freedom in your life. Materials fee of $30 payable to instructor at first class, per person.
Can't find a babysitter? Not to worry, CHILDCARE INCLUDED! YOUR CHILDREN, ages 3.5 yrs and up, MAY BE SUPERVISED BY CLUBHOUSE STAFF AT THE ARGONAUT CLUBHOUSE FACILITY (across the playground) DURING CLASS. Please contact Emily Sprugasci, Preschool & Youth Programs Supervisor, at (408) 354-8700 if you intend to use this service.
