How to Be Sad (It Takes Practice!) - 6 Week Group for Teens

Know any teens who don't think they can be sad? Teens who don't know how to be angry? Does he think he has to keep it all inside? Today's teens aren't always given a time and space to grieve with people their own age, who know what they're going through.

Mike Lysaght, MFT Intern (IMF 54873) (Supervised by Amy Powell, MFC 42915)has worked with teens in high-pressure schools and bay area counseling clinics for more than six years. This group is intended for teens who need help working through anger and grief surrounding a loss. Complimentary screening is required. Contact Mike for more details.
