Getting Back In the Saddle (again)

It seems that just about everyone I know, here in Los Gatos, has had a bout with the flu this holiday season, a long, lingering flu. I have been a victim of that nasty bug myself, and it has really incapacitated me, thus, no blog posts. However, I am happy to report that I am now on my second, much stronger, course of antibiotics and they seem to really be doing the job.

With everyone being so busy with the holidays, family affairs and such, and with me being as sick as I was, I’ve gotten a bit out of touch with local happenings. I have to get back up to speed. So, rather than rant on about some real estate or parking or whatever, I’m just going keep it simple and easy, I have a question for the ladies of our fair municipality:

What is so special about this sweater?

I bought this sweater a couple of years ago at the Happy Dragon, our much loved and famous second hand store on Main Street. Nearly every time I wear it, I get comments on it from passing females. It seems like just a normal, ski-type sweater to me. It’s pretty good quality (I like to get quality clothes, even if they are used) but I never thought there was anything special about this particular garment. It’s a warm sweater and has no holes in it but I see nothing about it that would attract such consistent attention.
