Nag, Nag, Nag

A book signing for 'Small Mountain Rambles' is set for 1 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 5 at C.B. Hannegan's. Please join us!

OK, here’s a reminder and hopefully an end to any more posts about the “Small Mountain Rambles” book.

I’m tired of making them, but we have to eventually start making some money at this. Like it or not, art does include some elements of business.

We are hosting a book signing, probably not the last, at patio at 1 p.m., this Sunday, Aug. 5, 2012.

This is the book that tells the stories of the redefining of Los Gatos, starting with the opening of Old Town and slowing down after the Loma Prieta Earthquake.

It’s not going to be just us, either:

Dig it. Oyster Bill even advertised me on his website. We keep it all in the family. We'll also have the jazz musing of Jess Charles.

This will be the climax to a really long haul that started back in October of 2011.

I’ve been really working hard to make this happen so ... be there or be square!

I would rather not put out any of the names of the victims or the alleged rapist just in case he isRead More acquitted. I would suggest you follow up with LGPD and LGHS officials for any further information.

I just emailed Sgt. Stephen Walpole, but he's on vacation until June 20. I last reported on a rapeRead More at the Los Gatos Lodge in March, but Sgt. Harris back then said the department's records unit need time to research just how many of these sex crimes had been reported to police. I'll check with the district.
