MCG Selling Specialists take pride in engaging customers, enjoy the satisfaction of making a sale, and appreciate the highest quality, perfectly brewed espresso the industry has to offer. Our SS demonstrate product usage, promote product sales and educate the customers and sales associates on the features, advantages and benefits of the product. The SS also display professionalism, are reliable, friendly and outgoing and have the ability to close the sale.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and engage every customer while demonstrating and educating on product features and benefits
Ability and strong desire to close sale on a high-end espresso product
Maintain organized display, stocked with inventory, and properly set to Point-of-Sale
- Provide market intelligence (Competition: new product placement, customer’s needs, visual/fixture presentation, marketing strategies, idea’s to create new business, etc.)
- Build relationships with all retail partners and gain recognition for products represented
Job Requirements:
Experienced salesperson; familiarity in housewares and/or coffee sales is favored (but not required)
Excellent communications skills
Must be available to work 6 hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday; additional hours may become available during peak season
- Attend all training seminars
- Personal computer with email and high speed internet
- Report DAILY via web reporting system
- Take photos and upload into surveys
- Reliable Transportation
Job Details:
- Demonstrators are hired as Part Time Employees and are paid on a bi-monthly basis
- All reporting is done via an online survey (no mailing or faxing involved)
