Vietnamese Food Restaurant Hanna Coming to Downtown Los Gatos Soon

Hanna Modern Vietnamese Bistro will be opening soon at former Tandoori Oven location, 133 N. Santa Cruz Ave.

Missing the Green Papaya? You know ... the quaint Vietnamese food restaurant that used to be located at 137 No. Santa Cruz Ave. and that closed in the summer of 2011 without saying a word to its customers?

Well ... a new Vietnamese eatery named Hanna, a "modern Vietnamese bistro," will open soon at the old Tandoori Oven location at 133 No. Santa Cruz Ave., next to Kamakura Sushi and Sake restaurant.

Hanna will also be located next to U.S. Bank. Kamakura Sushi is next to the new Indian cuisine eatery Chakra, which is where Tandoori owners relocated to.

The restaurant is owned by Chef Hanna Pham, who will be specializing in Vietnamese California cuisine. There's no opening date yet posted at the site.

A peek inside its large glass windows shows a nice remodel with new floors and an inviting set up for customer tables and chairs, plus and ample view of the kitchen action.
