Los Gatos Patch reader Gwen Reandeau, first to respond to the favorite-Mexican restaurant query, wrote in the comments, "I like Taco Bell, esp. the 99 cent menu, since I don't eat much anymore, being a 64 year old female with a small build."

Another Mexican restaurant authority, Julie Berry, said, "The food at Andale's is really delicious, however, we've always enjoyed going for group parties at Pedro's over the years. It's a fun place to hang out."

No, seriously, I have lived in cities where the Mexican food had never been "south of the border." We are lucky to have the various flavors of Mexican/Tex-Mex food in LG. Some are good for a quick bite, others are perfect to soak up the atmosphere and transport yourself to south of the border.
