Meet Anthony Russell, Your Los Gatos Patch Advertising Manager

Anthony Russell has lived in the South Bay most of his life, so he knows your local community well.

Want to know who can help you buy an ad on your Los Gatos Patch?

Here's a quick introduction to our super patchy sales representative Anthony Russell, a San Jose resident who joined Patch in January.

Russell is eager to help local organizations better market themselves on your digital Los Gatos town square!

Russell, 46, was born in Oklahoma, but has lived in the South Bay his entire life.

He graduated from Independence High School and earned his degree in communications from San Francisco State University.

Russell has been involved in media advertising for many years, working in radio and television since about 2005 and now focusing exclusively on digital media.

This married father of one lives in San Jose and his sales territory includes the Patch towns of Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Cupertino, Gilroy, Santa Cruz and Watsonville.

"I like working in the area. I'm excited to help people become more aware about Patch," Russell said.

Advertising on Patch helps organizations such as businesses and nonprofits reach local clients and customers, Russell explained. "You're able to reach the community where you actually do business in," he said.

Russell's hobbies include spending time with his family, martial arts and going to the movies. He's a black belt in taekwondo.

He says the best part about being an advertising manager is helping businesses grow and meeting new people.

The best way to reach Russell is by either calling him at 408-406-4576, or emailing him at anthony.russell@patch.com. He welcomes appointments Monday through Friday and even on weekends to facilitate busy business owners.

"I think Patch is great for communities," he said. "It really helps to connect the community and gives a voice to everyone."
