Los Gatos Patch Main Street Meet-Up Helps Participants Become Web Savvy

Small business owners gathered Tuesday morning at Los Gatos History Club to learn more about site and how to improve their online presence via social media.

More than two dozen local business and nonprofit representatives gathered at the History Club of Los Gatos Tuesday morning for to learn more about how to use the site, claim their directory listings and participate in social media.

Three interactive sessions also helped participants learn to better navigate the Web, the benefits of blogging, exciting features available on Los Gatos Patch and how to promote their brand online. 

Eamon Rooney, a certified business coach at ActionCOACH Business Coaching, spoke about local entrepreneurs' need to improve their online presence via social media and Patch to increase their customer base and profit margins.
