Lisa T. Fine Jewelry Opening in Downtown Los Gatos

Looks like another jewelry store is coming to the space formerly occupied by Precious Objects Gallery, 39½ No. Santa Cruz Ave., next to the still-closed remodeled Los Gatos Theatre.

A large sign on the inside of a glass window next to the upgraded space said the new business is called Lisa T. Fine Jewelry and that it's "coming soon."

The new retail space has been overhauled along with the complete transformation of the old iconic movie cinema, 41 No. Santa Cruz Ave., whose opening is now anticipated next spring.

Precious Objects Gallery closed operations earlier this year citing the theatre's construction work as the reason for shutting its doors to the public.

However, in February of this year, POG owner Miyuki formally said goodbye to the store and told her customers that although she would no longer be working out of the downtown shop, she would continue doing jewelry custom design, restyling, and repair via appointments.

On the Lisa T. Fine Jewelry website, owner Lisa T. said she's a native of Los Gatos, graduated from USC and attended gemology school and design classes at the Gemological Institute of America.

The website says the jeweler's work is handmade in Bangkok, Thailand with each piece being handcrafted in elegant details.
