New Families Fundraiser at the Aptos Farmers Market
Lunch at the Market!
Labor Day weekend at the farmers market will be extra special this year. New Families volunteers will be selling hot dogs and drinks on Saturday, September 1, from 10 am - 12 pm, to help raise funds for the nonprofit which supports special activities and programs for foster children of Santa Cruz county. Pick up lunch and eat it at the market or take lunch home!
Additionally, a delightful selection of whimsical handcrafted bird houses will be for sale. Arrive early for best selection!
All proceeds will go to New Families Foster Care Agency which pays for special activities for foster children such as sports, camp, or swimming lessons. New Families also pays for tutors and therapy for the children as well as support services for foster parents.
