Big Dog Wines at Fromage & Specilaties

SignatureWines.com hosts a wine and cheese pairing at Fromage & Specialites. Featured winery, Big Dog Winery of Milpitas, will pour their stunning estate wines, and select wines from other local sources.

Join us as Big Dog Owner and Winemaker will be on hand to talk about their wines, and answer any questions.

Jerry Starr, Certified Sommelier, will also be there to discuss wine and cheese pairings and why specific cheeses were selected to accompany a generous taste of each of the wines.

Fromage & Specialties Owners and Founders, Eric and Don, will lead attendees through the cheese tasting, discussing the origins of the cheese and the art of cheese making. It's a very special monthly event, featuring a different winery each month. Hope to see you there!
