Drawn2Art to Open in Los Gatos

Art studio is inviting the public to its grand opening reception at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 2 at 15994 Los Gatos Blvd., next to Whole Foods.

Drawn2Art announced Thursday that it's opening next to Whole Foods, 15994 Los Gatos Blvd., effective June 1.

Director and owner Rachael Cartwright said in a press release she's delighted to bring quality art education to Los Gatos and its neighboring communities.

Drawn2Art has been teaching fine art drawing and painting, as well as clay sculpture for 10 years at its studio in Scotts Valley, the release said.

Thousands of students have benefited from Drawn2Art’s programs in Santa Cruz County in both its studio programs and school enrichment program, the release added.

According to its website, Drawn2Art teaches classical realism in drawing and painting year-round to students ages 4 years through adults.

Drawn2Art is inviting the public to its grand opening reception at 1 p.m. Sunday, June 2. Student work will be displayed. Free refreshments will be served, and there will be raffle prizes and face painting.
