Downtown Los Gatos Open Late For Holiday Shopping
More than 50 merchants are participating in the 'Holiday Shopping Stroll' with late shopping hours until 9 p.m. Thursdays Dec. 5, 12 and 19, 2013.
The Los Gatos Visitors Bureau, a partnership between the Town of Los Gatos and Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce, is teaming up with downtown merchants to extend holiday shopping hours.
Starting Thursday, Dec. 5, and for the next two Thursdays Dec. 12 and 19, more than 50 stores participating in the event, dubbed "Holiday Shopping Stroll," will be open until 9 p.m.
In addition to the extended hours, many of the participating shops will offer specials, trunk shows and other holiday treats.
With each purchase at a participating merchant, customers will be entered into weekly drawings for prizes such as gift certificates, merchandise and Wine Walk tickets.
There will be several grand prizes, too, with winners drawn from all of the entries.
The Town of Los Gatos will also continue to encourage holiday shopping all season long by offering complimentary, unlimited valet parking in downtown, beginning Friday Nov. 29 and continuing through Christmas Eve, 9 a.m.–9 p.m. on most days.
