California Closets to Open at Old Los Gatos Chamber Location

Property owner Anthony Cedoline and applicant Wayne Renshaw, representing California Closets, have been successful at getting Los Gatos government officials to approve a conditional-use permit for 349 N. Santa Cruz Ave. for their formula retail or chain store.

Signs on the interior windows of the old Los Gatos Chamber of Commerce location, which has sat vacant for more than two years, are announcing to passersby that the closet and storage design company is moving there soon.

An employee at California Closets in San Jose, who declined to be identified, said it's probably going to take six months for the business to be ready to officially open its doors to the public as it has to replace the floor and do major renovations inside the space.

The chamber left the premises in June of 2011 to a more centralized location in the downtown  at 10 Station Way saying it needed more space.
