Honk! Jr. is a contemporary retelling of Hans Christian Andersen's The Ugly Duckling with a Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat-esque score that everyone will enjoy. It was awarded the British equivalent of the Tony Award, an Olivier Award, for Best New Musical in 2000. Performed by children ages 9-11, Honk! Jr. is one of three productions that will be performed by the Los Gatos Youth Theatre in its 4th successful year. Complete with sets, costumes, makeup, choreography, and a full cast of animals, Honk! Jr. will delight young and old alike.
In addition to evening performances, matinees are available Friday, July 27 at 3 p.m.; Saturday, July 28 at 2 p.m. and Sunday, July 29 at 2 p.m.
