Reader's Photos: YogaSource Los Gatos Classes 'Packed'

Los Gatos photographer Natalie Ladd shared these awesome photos of YogaSource Los Gatos' "restorative yoga" and hot pilates classes and the business' 60-day challenge boards.

Ladd said she's been a longtime student at YogaSource and loves the benefits yoga has produced in her life physically and mentally.

Ladd praised the business for offering free classes this past weekend to anyone interested in trying the form of exercise.

She also said she's doing the 60-day challenge, which consists of taking one yoga class a day for 60 days.

"If you miss a day, you take an extra class on another day so you can complete all 60 classes in 60 days," Ladd explained. "It's an awesome challenge to start out the year with a great support system as there are many people taking on this challenge."

Ladd also said she appreciates YogaSource offering hot pilates classes as there are few places in the Bay Area that offer the instruction, which means the YogaSource classes are "packed."

In November of 2011, YogaSource announced it was expanding from its old location just down the street to 15545 Los Gatos Blvd.

The business, owned by Steve and Linda McGrath, operates out of a 10,000-square-feet site and boasts a daily clientele more than 400 people.
