Pet of the Week—Mookie

Hi, my name is Mookie.

I'm a short-haired dachshund and beagle mixed-breed black-and-tan 1-year-old fellow that weighs about nine pounds. 

I am very modest, but my friends tell me that I am the full package: smart, adorable, athletic and loving.

I am currently living in a multi-dog foster home and get along very well with all my foster siblings.

I am looking for a loving family where I can have my very own canine brother or sister!

I am a regular at play groups and can't imagine my life without canine friends!

Of course, I think people are great, too. Once I know someone, I love to snuggle and give kisses and more kisses!

I can get along well with just about anyone if they are patient with me!

I am even getting along with a cat!
