'Pajama Game' Hits Los Gatos High Stage

Students impress with jovial energy, which revives old musical comedy.

students showed they have enough acting talent to revive "The Pajama Game" musical romantic comedy Thursday and Friday evening at the campus theater. The actors wowed the crowd Thursday night during a preview presentation and they continued to impress the audience Friday evening aided by a full orchestra. The show continues tonight at 8 p.m. and on March 10-12.

"The Pajama Game" is based on the novel 7½ Cents, which was turned into a Broadway musical and follows the story of workers in a pajama factory who request their pay be increased 7½ Cents. is the leading lady and Sean Niemann is the leading man.

The musical is put on by Alex Acevedo who is the director and choreographer while Diana Pleasant who is the choral director as well as head of the theater department.
