New Steam Engine No. 5 at BJWRR
There was such a big crowd for the inaugural run of new Engine No. 5 that it took a double header on the uphill grade.
The Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad debuted their new Engine No. 5 on Sunday, 28 July, 2013. The station was so crowded that it was difficult to get close enough to photograph the engine. I got a couple oblique views from the ends of the station, then went out on the lawn to get it pulling the train. There were so many passengers that it had trouble getting up the grade over the trestle. The next run was a double header, with Engine No. 2 in the lead.
