CHIARA STRING QUARTET

Saint Luke's Church's 2013 Sunset Concert Series presents the Chiara String Quartet at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15 at the worship house's hall, 20 University Ave. They will be playing Hayden - Quartet #64 in D Major, Op. 76, No. 5; Henri Dutilleaux - Quartet 'Ainsi la nuit'; & Brahms - String Quartet in B Flat Major, Op. 67. Renowned for bringing fresh excitement to traditional string quartet repertoire as well as for creating insightful interpretations of new music, the group—Rebecca Fischer and Hyeyung Julie Yoon, violins; Jonah Sirota, viola; Gregory Beaver, cello—has established itself as one of the most respected ensembles in the country. 2013 ANNUAL CRABFEST & AUCTION

The Rotary Club of Los Gatos is pleased to host the annual CrabFest and Auction 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at St. Mary’s Church in Los Gatos, 219 Bean Ave. Funds raised through ticket sales, silent and live auction items will benefit non-profit organizations that need help. MUSEUMS OF LOS GATOS ART EXHIBITS

Draw Me a Story, organized by the Cartoon Art Museum in San Francisco, presents original works of art in a thematic and nostalgic trip through the history of children’s book illustrators and illustration techniques. Storytelling in Pictures: From Idea to Art is an original exhibit organized by The Museums of Los Gatos that showcases the work of 21st century Bay Area children’s book illustrators.
