The Christmas tree pickup has been a fundraiser for the marching band and color guard for 30 years. It’s set for Jan.5, when trees should be placed curbside by 8 a.m. with an orange ribbon attached.

Band members are in the process now of distributing the orange ribbons around town.

Tree stands and decorations should be removed from trees. A $10 donation is requested, with checks payable to LGHS Music Boosters. Checks can either be attached to trees or mailed to: LGHS Music Boosters, P.O. Box 1638, Los Gatos, CA 95031-1638.

Music booster Ed Noskowski adds, “Additional donations are always appreciated and all donations are tax deductible.”
