Los Gatos at Work: VTA Bus Driver Gabriela Robles

Gabriela Robles is the coach operator for VTA community bus No. 48.
She started the job in mid-October after completing VTA training. She'll continue until Jan. 7, 2014, when she'll probably be assigned the same or different route, she said.
She's in charge of the afternoon weekend route which runs from 4 until 7 p.m. Another driver is in charge or the earlier route, she explained.
The route on the weekend runs every 30 minutes doing a round trip that begins at the Winchester Transit Center in San Jose traveling on Winchester Boulevard, Hacienda Avenue, Burrows, Pollard Road, Knowles and Winchester Boulevard again to end at Main Street in downtown Los Gatos in front of the Civic Center, where we found her.
