The Venue: A Place for Teens

The nonprofit youth organization teams up with KCAT-15 television for its second telethon fundraiser, on May 15.

On May 15, the nonprofit youth center, will host its biggest event of the year—the Venue-A-Thon, in its second year.

The telethon hopes to raise money for the organization with the help of television, the public-access TV station that operates near the high school.

The fundraiser, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., will include one of the largest youth-only talent shows in Los Gatos. The event is crucial to the continued operation of the center and the public access television station, since they rely on public donations to stay open.
