12:36 p.m., Santa Rosa Drive: Juveniles were contacted by police in a tobacco-use incident.

1:44 a.m., 8 N Santa Cruz Ave: Three people, Erich Christopher Scmaltz, Todd Christopher Ferrera and Brent Terrence Fiksdal, were cited and released for battery after a fight at the bar.

1:36 p.m., 16445 Los Gatos Blvd: A disturbance was reported involving a dispute.
2:39 p.m., 255 Old Adobe Rd: FedEx packages were reported stolen.
3:25 p.m., 217 Oak Meadow Dr: An unknown suspect threw a rock at a residence's front window.

6:46 p.m., 39 University Ave: Matthew Ryan Dunn was arrested for commercial burglary and for driving with a suspended driver's license.

8:48 a.m., 14317 La Rinconada Dr: In a vandalism incident, a window and light fixture were shot with a BB gun.

5:05 p.m., 15300 Los Gatos Blvd: After a burglary at , a suspect fled the scene.
6:02 p.m., Elm Park: An elder abuse incident was reported.

1:58 a.m., Ferris Avenue and Kennedy Road: A driver, Christopher Michael Moffat, was cited for driving with an expired registration, using a license plate from his other vehicle, and driving with a suspended license.
7:58 a.m., 15525 Los Gatos Blvd: A commercial burglary incident was reported.
8:28 a.m., 200 Winchester Circle: A petty theft incident was reported online.
8:29 a.m., 20 Bayview Ave: A petty theft incident was reported online.
11:34 a.m., 236 Camino Del Cerro: A suspect, Patrick Ross Daily, was arrested for an outstanding warrant after giving a false name to officers at his residence.
4:23 p.m., Wilder Avenue: David William Kane was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence.
7:16 p.m., Garden Hill Drive: A domestic disturbance was reported.
